2015 Promotion Planning for Salons & Spas

shutterstock_238225984Word of mouth is great, but we all have to blow our own trumpets and 2015 will be no different. It’s quite incredible but 2014 is nearly at an end and while we all make comments like “where did it go” and “how did that happen so fast”, the best prepared salons and spas are deep into their 2015 planning.

Here at Mutu HQ, in the wilds of Cheshire, we think it’s our job to help. So, next week we’ll be publishing a special promotion calendar that you can download and print that will give you all the important 2015 dates to plan around. Then, over the course of the next few weeks and months, we’ll be taking you through different promotional ideas, tricks and tips to keep you clients engaged and to motivate those lazy ones that never buy any retail!

What will you need? Well, you need a way to shout from the hilltops. So you’ll need to use Mutu’s promotional messages for your phone system. Get in touch – we can help with your Mutu Salon Call Manager and even provide voice over recordings for your promotions – it’s a really professional and soft way to tell your clients what you’re doing. They love them and don’t find them intrusive at all.

You’ll also need to be communicating via social media, email and your website.
