- Live call information just got quicker, now you can see incoming calls before the client has finished listening to the welcome message!
- See who is calling. The live call information can now include the clients name (EPoS dependant – please ask us about this feature).
- Missed call SMS notification. If a client calls from a mobile but their call is not answered, they can automatically receive a predetermined SMS message just to let them know the salon will get back to them soon. Add a link to online/last minute bookings if required.
- Monthly call report, detailing Missed % and Actioned %, plus the 5 busiest days of the month to try and help you plan your reception resource for next month.
- Salon Call Manager Certification for all receptionist staff who complete the free refresher course.
